This page describes what data BelTimberExport collects through the site, what it's used for, and how you can manage it.
When you send a price request or write in the site chat, we get what you entered yourself: name, phone, email (if you left one), country, batch volume, species and delivery terms — or, for chat, a contact and the message text. The site doesn't ask for anything else.
This data is only used to calculate the batch price and reach you at the contacts you gave. We don't use it for newsletters and don't pass it to third parties beyond what's described below.
Requests from the site go straight to the manager's Telegram chat — the site doesn't keep a separate database of your contacts. Message delivery is handled by Telegram under its own privacy policy.
The site saves a cookie with your chosen interface language so it doesn't ask again on your next visit. We also use a web analytics service to measure traffic; it may use cookies or similar technology to collect anonymised statistics.
You can ask us to review, correct or delete the data you sent us through the site — write to info@example.com.
